We are also encouraging physical wellness by facilitating a fitness challenge in conjunction with the local gyms. Not only do we want to help you reach your fitness goals, we want you to have fun while doing it!
We host a variety of workshops to encourage wellness- from mindfulness and parenting to composting and living simply.
