One of the glorious things about being an adult is being able to eat what you want, whenever you want. If you want cake for breakfast – who’s going to stop you? Breakfast for dinner? Don’t mind if I do!

Our star desert honours this. Taking inspiration from our popular CO-YO two ways, we’ve placed the freshest of locally-sourced strawberries atop a bed of homemade feijoa coconut yoghurt and a sprinkle of walnut granola. We’ve cunningly disguised the dish as adult-food (which in all honesty is purely for the flavour profile), with a drizzled of maple, rounding off the sweetness with fresh peppery basil leaves.

This isn’t just desert – our co-yo is naturally packed full of probiotics, while the strawberries and basil bring a vitamin c and antioxidant boost. If that’s not enough of an excuse to eat “brekky” after 5pm, we don’t know what is.
