Go Grazing Crazy

Don’t eat – graze! Christmas is about good food – and that’s where KIND takes the cake. And the cheese – and everything in between! Our grazing tables are a beautiful selection of cheeses, pickles, vegetables, fruits, nuts, dips, chutneys and spreads, fresh breads and crackers. We can also do a completely vegan or vegetarian option.

Why eat a meal when you can eat a dozen canapes? KIND offers a delectable spread of bite-sized dishes: hot and cold, sweet and savoury.  These are mostly adaptations of our delicious day and evening menus (seasonal for extra freshness!)

Want a seated meal that caters to every taste? We provide either a limited a la carte menu for guests to choose from, or a range of sharing plates that roll out of the kitchen.

Festive tipples for all

A Christmas vino should be extra special – which is why our wine list has been created in consultation with Cameron Douglas, New Zealand’s first and only Master Sommelier! For those who prefer hops and apples, we stock a stunning range of beer and our very own cider, brewed right here in Morningside. There’s also a range of booze-free beverages including cocktails made with Ecology, NZ-produced distilled non-alcoholic spirits.

We’ve got the space to suit

Our indoor seated area is perfect for up 60 people to sit down over dinner and drinks.

If you’re a little smaller, our covered outdoor terrace (with drop-down screens and a heater if it turns chilly!) will suit around 30 people.

And for something in between, our beautiful conservatory-styled North Wing can seat 30 people or 40-50 standing.
